Eric Blashford, President and Chief Executive Officer of Broadwind, Inc.

Eric Blashford has served Broadwind as a member of the board and President and Chief Executive Officer since March 1, 2020. He served as Interim CFO from October 1, 2021 to August 2022. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer Broadwind from May 2018 to February 2020, and as President of Broadwind Towers, Inc., predecessor company to Broadwind Heavy Fabrications, Inc., from October 2014 to May 2019.

Before joining Broadwind, Eric served from 2012-2014 as President of a group of businesses owned by The Heico Companies, LLC. Those companies included Barko Hydraulics, LLC, Pettibone Traverse Lift, LLC, and Tiffin Parts, LLC, all of which are manufacturers of heavy-duty off-road vehicles and parts for the forestry, material handling, oil and gas, and construction industries. For the five years prior to joining Heico, Blashford served as President for a group of companies owned by The Scott Fetzer Co., servicing the truck equipment, electrical fittings and industrial equipment markets. He began his career with Waltco Truck Equipment Company, where he served in various accounting and operational roles.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Akron and a Master of Business Administration from Kent State University. He is a registered certified public accountant (non-practicing) in the state of Ohio.

Hayes Kennedy, Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer, Broadwind, Inc.

Hayes Kennedy has served as our Chief Human Resource and Officer Vice President since August 17, 2020.

From October 2014 to May 2020, Hayes served as Vice President of Human Resources of CHS, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHSCP, CHSCO, CHSCN, CHSCM, CHSCL), a leading farmer-owned cooperative and a global energy, grains and foods company. For the six years prior to joining CHS, Inc., Hayes served as Senior Human Resource Director of The Gavilon Group, LLC and three years at ConAgra Foods Inc. as the Human Resource Director. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University- School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Thomas Ciccone, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Broadwind, Inc.

Thomas Ciccone has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 10, 2022. He served as Vice President since September 2021 and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company since October 2021. Mr. Ciccone has served as Corporate Controller, Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of the Company since August 2017. He joined the Company in 2008 as Accounting Manager, and has since held various corporate finance roles including Director of Finance and Manager of External Reporting.

Tom is a certified public accountant (non-practicing) in the state of Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Wayne Hanna, President of Brad Foote Gear Works,Inc.

Wayne Hanna joined Broadwind in May 2019. Wayne brings to our team more than 30 years of experience as a business leader with a broad array of global manufacturing companies. He has extensive expertise in operations, continuous improvement and corporate development.

Prior to joining Broadwind, Wayne served as a process improvement consultant with Crowe, LLP. Previously, he was president and CEO of Cotta Transmission Company, a manufacturer of industrial and high-speed gearboxes. Earlier in his career, Wayne held senior leadership positions of increasing responsibility at ABP Induction, Gemcor, Monarch Machine Tool Company and FMC Corporation.

Wayne holds an MBA in finance from George Washington University and bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering and economics from Bucknell University.

Daniel Schueller, President, Broadwind Heavy Fabrications, Inc.

Daniel Schueller has served as president of Broadwind Heavy Fabrications, Inc., since May 2019. He previously served as president of Brad Foote Gear Works for two separate durations, from 2010-2013, then again from 2016-2019.

In the interim period, Daniel served as vice president of Bronto Skylift (a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation) in Tampere, Finland, a manufacturer of truck-mounted aerial equipment for fire protection and industrial applications. Prior to that assignment, Schueller served from 2003-2010 as vice president/general manager of parts and service and vice president/general manager of Vactor Manufacturing, both part of the Environmental Solutions Group of Federal Signal. He previously held manufacturing positions at Tecumseh Engines and at Case New Holland.

Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University. He currently serves on the board of directors of HCC Inc., a supplier of combine components to the agricultural industry, and was previously on the advisory board of the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center.

Gil Mayo, President of Broadwind Industrial Solutions, LLC

Gilbert Mayo has served as president of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Broadwind Industrial Solutions, LLC, since September 2017. He previously served from 2015-2017 as general manager of heavy fabrications at Broadwind Heavy Fabrications, Inc.

Prior to joining Broadwind, Gil served for 16 years at the Scott Fetzer Company in various leadership roles, including president of the Halex Company, a leading national manufacturer of electrical fittings and accessories. He also held senior operations leadership positions in both the Fort James Company and Michelin Tire Corporation. Prior to those position, Mayo served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps for five years.

Gil holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Arts from Webster University and a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University.
